Be’er Ganim, Israel

This house by the sea had a 4 meter high window planned for stained glass. The problem is we kept getting stuck as what to do as the subject. Eventually I asked: what about the fact that you are here by the sea? This scene eventually grew out of our discussions. And that’s what we did, the work speaks for itself.
As usual I loved the painting and decided to hide a pearl in one of the oysters, that recalls the time her husband bought her a pearl oyster for her birthday . This she only saw on installation!
